Attorney from the Universidad de Los Andes. She has been working at WMG as a Attorney since 2019 and currently holds the position of Director of the Corporate Area (since 2025).

She advises high net worth clients and companies on corporate and contractual structuring with a focus on taxation. She specializes in corporate modifications (power structure/authority matrix and POA, capital increases and decreases), shareholder protection clauses in bylaws and shareholder agreements (tag/drag, ROFR/ROFO), and key commercial contracts (NDAs, sale of shares or assets, joint ventures).

She leads due diligence and closings and manages real estate transactions (title searches, promissory notes, sales) and is interested in the development and research of law and technology, delving into topics such as cybersecurity compliance. She is currently pursuing a diploma in “Tax Analysis and Planning” at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
